These Referral Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in The Fat Loss Map Referral Program (the “Program”) operated by 23 Tasks trading as The Fat Loss Map (“23 Tasks”, “The Fat Loss Map”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By joining the Program, using a referral link, or participating in any referral-related promotion, you (“Referral Partner”, “Partner”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About The Program
1.1 The Program allows approved Referral Partners to earn commissions by referring customers to products and services sold by The Fat Loss Map, including but not limited to The Logic & Limbic Methodology and related future offers, programs, subscriptions, upsells, aftercare services, memberships, and digital products (“Eligible Products”).
1.2 Participation in the Program doesn't create any employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, franchise relationship, or legal business venture between you and The Fat Loss Map.
1.3 Any references to “Gold Licence”, “Referral Licence”, “Licensed Partner”, or similar terminology are marketing designations only and don't grant any ownership rights, intellectual property rights, franchise rights, territorial rights, or legal licence interests.
2. Eligibility & Enrollment
2.1 Participation in the Program is subject to approval by The Fat Loss Map.
2.2 We reserve the right to accept, reject, suspend, or remove any applicant or Referral Partner at our sole discretion.
2.3 You must provide accurate and complete registration, payment, and contact information at all times.
2.4 You may not create multiple referral accounts without written permission from us.
2.5 The Program is intended for lawful promotional activities only.
3. Referral Tracking
3.1 Referral tracking is primarily handled through unique referral links, browser cookies, IP tracking, and/or platform attribution systems.
3.2 Referral attribution is valid for up to 180 days from the original tracked click unless otherwise stated by us.
3.3 Tracking isn't guaranteed. Tracking may fail due to: cleared browser cookies, private/incognito browsing, ad blockers, VPN usage, device switching, tracking prevention software, technical errors, or customer actions outside our control.
3.4 If a referral can't be properly tracked through our systems, no commission shall be owed.
3.5 Referral attribution decisions made by The Fat Loss Map shall be final.
3.6 Commissions can't be manually added retroactively where a referral link was not properly used at checkout.
3.7 Last-Click Attribution: The Referral Program operates on a “last-click” attribution model. If a customer clicks multiple referral links before purchasing, the referral commission will be attributed solely to the Referral Partner whose link was clicked most recently before checkout.
3.8 System Logs Precedence: In cases of conflicting data sources or tracking disputes, our internal system logs and server-side tracking data shall take absolute precedence over any external tracking tools, screenshots, browser extensions, or third-party reports.
3.9 Dashboard Finality: We determine all commission calculations based strictly on our internal dashboard reporting systems, which shall be deemed final and binding.
4. Eligible Referrals
4.1 Commissions are only earned on valid Eligible Product purchases successfully tracked through your referral link.
4.2 Self-Referral Prohibition: Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You may not refer yourself, create alternate accounts, refer businesses you own or control, or attempt to generate commissions on your own purchases.
4.3 Any self-referral attempt may result in the immediate cancellation of commissions, removal from the Program, forfeiture of unpaid balances, or a permanent platform ban.
4.4 We reserve the right to reject referrals suspected of fraud, abuse, manipulation, or bad-faith activity.
5. Commission Structure, Referral Tiers & Multi-Tier Tracking
5.1 Dashboard Rates Precedence: The Program utilizes a tiered rewards structure. The specific tier names, commission percentages, qualification milestones (including required referral counts to level up), and associated perks are maintained and published exclusively inside your Affiliate Portal Dashboard. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or retire any tier, milestone, or commission rate at any time upon reasonable notice
5.2 Tier Advancement & Commission Locking: Tier upgrades are calculated based on your cumulative valid, matured referral sales as tracked by our systems. When your account levels up to a higher tier, the enhanced commission percentage applies strictly to completely new referred customers acquired after the exact date and time the upgrade's officially activated.
All previous referrals you obtained prior to the upgrade are permanently "locked" at the commission percentage level that was active when that specific customer made their initial purchase. Any installment payments, recurring fees, aftercare renewals, or future upsells generated by those existing legacy customers will continue to pay out at their original baseline rate, not the new upgraded tier rate.
5.3 Multi-Tier (Tier 2 & Tier 3) Commissions: If your current active tier entitles you to multi-tier rewards, you may earn a passive commission on valid sales generated by secondary partners who signed up directly through your sub-affiliate invitation link.
Tier 2: Paid at the percentage rate specified in your dashboard for direct recruits.
Tier 3: Paid at the percentage rate specified in your dashboard for recruits brought in by your Tier 2 partners.
Multi-tier tracking is subject to the exact same tracking, refund, maturation, and clawback rules as standard direct commissions. If a sub-affiliate's account is terminated for fraud or policy violations, all associated multi-tier overrides will be permanently cancelled.
5.4 Sole Discretion & Error Correction: All tracking data, tier placements, and final commission approvals are at our absolute discretion. If a system glitch, platform tracking error, software bug, or operational mistake results in an inaccurate commission calculation or an unauthorized tier adjustment, we reserve the right to retroactively correct the error, adjust your dashboard balance, or cancel the affected amounts without liability.
6. Matured Commissions
6.1 Commissions are considered “Pending” until they become “Matured.”
6.2 A commission becomes Matured only after: the referred customer has paid successfully, the applicable program period has concluded, the applicable refund or guarantee window has expired, and the transaction is not subject to dispute, reversal, refund, or chargeback.
6.3 For the 13-week program, commissions are officially cleared and matured 7 days after the conclusion of your referred student's 13-week cohort. This maturation timeline takes absolute legal precedence over any automated dashboard estimates or technical default clearance windows.
6.4 Once a commission has officially matured, it'll be queued for release in the next scheduled monthly payout cycle as outlined in Section 11.
6.5 Estimated maturation timelines displayed within any platform dashboard are informational only and aren't guaranteed payout dates.
7. Refunds, Chargebacks & Commission Reversals
7.1 Commissions are calculated on successfully retained net revenue only.
7.2 If a referred customer receives a refund, initiates a chargeback, disputes a payment, defaults on payment, commits fraud, or otherwise fails to remain a valid completed sale, then associated commissions may be withheld, cancelled, reversed, deducted, offset against future commissions, or clawed back.
7.3 This applies even if the commission was previously displayed as pending, approved, matured, payable, or already paid.
7.4 Post-Payout Clawbacks & Rolling Deductions: If a referred customer successfully claims a refund or issues a chargeback after the corresponding commission has already been paid out to you, we'll issue a standard clawback. The overpaid amount will be logged as a negative balance inside your affiliate portal, and it'll be automatically deducted from your next month's rolling commission balance (and any consecutive months following) until the balance is fully recovered.
7.5 We reserve the right to recover overpaid commissions through future offsets, direct invoicing, deduction from future payouts, or suspension of the partner account if a negative balance remains unpaid for over 90 days.
8. Custom Discount Codes & Coupon Policies
8.1 Adjusted Net Revenue Calculations: If a partner is issued a custom discount code (such as a 10% network discount code) to assist with promotions, any commission earned on sales using that code will be calculated based strictly on the final net cash value paid by the customer at checkout (after the discount is applied, and excluding taxes or processing fees).
8.2 Unauthorized Public Distribution: Your custom discount code is intended solely for your direct audience, social media network, and personal channels. You're strictly prohibited from submitting, publishing, or distributing your custom codes to public coupon aggregator websites, browser extensions (such as Honey or Capital One Shopping), deal forums, or public discount databases.
8.3 Coupon Abuse Consequences: If we detect that your custom discount code is driving traffic from unauthorized public deal sites or automated coupon extensions rather than genuine personal referrals, we reserve the right to retroactively reject and void all commissions generated by that code, permanently deactivate the discount code, or demote your partner tier status and terminate your account entirely.
8.4 Paid Search & Ad Restrictions: You may not use your custom discount codes or referral links in paid search advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) targeting our official brand keywords, trademarks, or variations thereof (e.g., bidding on "The Fat Loss Map Coupon Code").
9. Future Products, Upsells & Recurring Payments
9.1 Certain future products, subscriptions, aftercare services, continuity programs, upsells, or recurring payment offers may be commission eligible.
9.2 Commission eligibility for future offers may vary and may be modified at any time.
9.3 References to “ongoing”, “recurring”, or “future” commissions don't guarantee permanent or lifetime commissions.
9.4 Ongoing commissions shall apply only while the relevant product remains active, the referral relationship remains valid, the Program continues to operate, and the relevant offer remains commission eligible.
10. Free Signup Rewards & Promotional Credits
10.1 We may offer promotional signup rewards, credits, bonuses, or referral incentives to new Referral Partners, including but not limited to a one-time $100 USD signup credit.
10.2 Promotional rewards may require minimum referral activity, require minimum payout thresholds, remain pending until additional qualifying commissions are earned, or be subject to forfeiture if the account becomes inactive or violates these Terms.
10.3 Promotional credits and signup rewards are strictly valued and paid out in United States Dollars (USD) only, regardless of the referral's checkout currency. These rewards have no independent cash value and can't be withdrawn until you've met our standard $150 USD minimum payout threshold through active referral sales.
10.4 Tier Upgrade Requests: While we may track referral activity internally, Referral Partners are responsible for notifying us if they believe they've qualified for a tier upgrade. Tier upgrades may require manual review and approval. We're not responsible for missed, delayed, or retroactive tier adjustments where no notification was provided by the Referral Partner.
11. Payouts & Payment Methods (PayPal)
11.1 Matured commissions are processed and paid out once per calendar month. Standard payouts are issued on the 20th day of the month following the month in which the commission officially matured. If the 20th falls on a weekend or an official public holiday in Ireland, the payout will be processed on the next consecutive business day.
11.2 Mandatory PayPal Usage: All Program payouts are distributed exclusively via PayPal. To receive payouts, you must maintain a valid, active, and fully verified PayPal account linked to your Affiliate Portal. We don't offer alternative payout options (such as physical checks, crypto, or direct bank wires) unless expressly agreed upon in writing by us.
11.3 Incorrect Account Details: You're solely responsible for ensuring your recorded PayPal email address is 100% accurate. If a payout is sent to an incorrect, misspelled, or obsolete PayPal address provided by you, we won't reissue or replace those funds unless the transaction is successfully reversed and recovered by our payment processor. Any recovery fees charged by PayPal will be deducted from your balance.
11.4 Failed or Unclaimed Transfers: If a PayPal transfer fails, is rejected by your account settings, or remains "Unclaimed" inside PayPal for more than 30 days, the funds will be returned to your affiliate balance. You'll need to resolve the account issue with PayPal and wait until the next eligible monthly payout cycle to attempt the transfer again.
11.5 The minimum payout threshold is the equivalent of USD $150. Commissions below this minimum threshold will automatically roll forward to the next eligible monthly payout cycle.
11.6 Fees and Deductions: You're solely responsible for all transaction costs associated with receiving your money. This includes, but isn't limited to, standard PayPal receiving fees, cross-border transaction fees, and currency conversion spreads applied by PayPal when you withdraw funds to your local bank account.
11.7 Abandoned or Forfeited Balances: If a Referral Partner account remains inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months, or if a valid PayPal email address isn't provided during that period, any unpaid balance below the minimum payout threshold may be forfeited and reset to zero at our discretion.
12. Currency, Pricing & Conversion Rules
12.1 Eligible Products are offered and sold across multiple checkout options in US Dollars (USD), British Pounds (GBP), and Euros (EUR), including both full-payment and multi-part installment configurations.
12.2 Base Payout Currency: Regardless of the currency used by the customer at checkout, all final payouts to partners are calculated, processed, and issued strictly in United States Dollars (USD).
12.3 Conversion Mechanics: If a customer purchases a program using GBP or EUR, your pending commission is recorded relative to that specific checkout currency. For the purposes of tracking your cumulative progress toward the $150 USD threshold and processing your final payout, we'll convert non-USD accrued commissions into USD using the exchange rates selected by our internal systems, Stripe, or PayPal on the exact day the payout's processed.
12.4 No Liability for Exchange Spreads: Currency exchange rates fluctuate constantly. We're not liable for any discrepancies, perceived financial losses, or variations in your final payout totals caused by shifts in global market conversion rates, or by the specific retail exchange rates utilized by PayPal during the transfer or withdrawal process.
12.5 We reserve the right to modify product pricing, available checkout currencies, payment plan structures, or default payout tracking settings at any time without prior notice.
13. Referral Partner Responsibilities
13.1 You agree to promote the Program lawfully, ethically, and in good faith.
13.2 You may not engage in spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, use misleading advertising, impersonate 23 Tasks or The Fat Loss Map, make false income claims, make false health or medical claims, use deceptive marketing, or violate applicable laws or advertising regulations.
13.3 You may not bid on our brand terms in paid advertising without explicit permission, impersonate our official accounts, create fake testimonials, or misrepresent the Program.
13.4 We reserve the right to determine whether any promotional method is inappropriate.
14. Intellectual Property & Brand Usage
14.1 We retain all ownership rights in our trademarks, logos, course names, branding, content, videos, graphics, materials, and intellectual property.
14.2 Referral Partners may use approved promotional materials solely for participation in the Program.
14.3 You may not modify, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or falsely claim ownership of our intellectual property.
15. No Earnings Guarantee
15.1 We make no guarantees regarding income, commission levels, sales volume, customer conversions, or financial results.
15.2 Any earnings examples, projections, testimonials, or marketing examples are illustrative only.
15.3 Your success depends on numerous factors outside our control.
16. Suspension & Termination
16.1 We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
16.2 Grounds for suspension or termination include: suspected fraud, abusive behavior, policy violations, misleading marketing, self-referrals, spam, reputational harm, payment disputes, prolonged inactivity, or legal/compliance concerns.
16.3 Upon termination, referral links may be disabled and future commissions will cease immediately. Any unpaid commissions may be withheld, cancelled, or forfeited where such commissions are connected to fraud, policy violations, abusive conduct, invalid referrals, self-referrals, spam, or any breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to cease further participation rights upon termination. We may also continue servicing referred customers after termination without any obligation to pay future commissions for activity generated after termination.
16.4 We reserve the right to continue servicing referred customers after termination without owing future commissions.
17. Limitation of Liability
17.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity, business interruption, technical failures, tracking errors, delayed payouts, or system interruptions.
17.2 Participation in the Program is at your own risk.
17.3 Our total liability relating to the Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.
18. Taxes
18.1 Referral Partners are solely responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, declarations, registrations, VAT obligations, or local compliance requirements arising from commissions earned.
18.2 We don't provide tax advice.
19. Changes To The Program
19.1 We may modify these Terms, commission rates, payout structures, eligible products, tracking systems, tiers, bonuses, or Program features at any time.
19.2 Updated Terms become effective upon posting to our website or notification to participants.
19.3 Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
20. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
20.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
20.2 Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
